Q: Where can I view a GolfMotion trolley?
GolfMotion golf trolley's are in use all over Ireland but if you have not had the chance to see one first had you can pop down to your local golf professional or specialist golf store. Please go to store locator tab for more information.
Q: What warranty comes with a GolfMotion trolley?
A comprehensive 18 month warranty on the trolley and 12 months on the battery. With any warranty claim we will, COLLECT, REPAIR and RETURN your trolley, however most repairs can be done on the spot by our technician. After the 18 month warranty period there is a small charge for repairs. Please contact us for more details.
Q: How soon after I have played golf should I recharge the battery?
As soon as possible. After a short time the plates inside the battery will begin to sulphate. Plate sulphation inhibits the way a battery accepts a charge and dramatically shortens the battery's life.
Q: If I have only play 9 holes, do I still have to recharge the battery before the next game?
Yes. Regardless of the number of holes played the battery must be fully charged (8-10hrs) after every use.
Q: What is the maximum weight to be carried by the GolfMotion electric golf trolley?
The weight limit of your bag including clubs and accessories is 13.5kg
Q: How do I care for my GolfMotion Trolley?
The trolley does not require any particular maintenance, but general care is needed. The trolley should be kept clean using a mild detergent and warm water, do not use any high pressure jetting equipment . Remove the wheels every few months and remove any debris that might cause the wheel to drag.
Q: My GolfMotion Trolley pulls to the left or right.
Simply change the front wheel alignment by altering the adjuster bolts located either side of the front wheel.
Q: What to do if there is a problem with my GolfMotion trolley?
(i) If under warranty, contact us immediately. Depending on your description of problem we will send our technician to inspect and fix your trolley or send you out the required part all free of charge.
(ii) If out of warranty, and you are happy to fit part yourself log onto our website www.golfmotion.ie and purchase part required. If you would prefer for us to send out our technician to fix your trolley we can do and will charge only a minimal cost. We would advise you of the cost prior to carrying out any repairs outside of warranty period.
